In addition, the food and wine are also muito bom. This suspension bridge connects the city with the southern bank. <\/p>\n\n<p>On the other side of the bridge stands the statue of Cristo Rei. This statue is 28 meters tall and is located in Almada, and it surely reminds you of the more famous statue in Rio. You can go all the way to the top (by elevator), where you have a fantastic view over Lisbon and a large part of the Tagus River! <\/p>\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re on the other side, be sure to check out Cacilhas. Cacilhas is a neighborhood in Almada with a charming lively street. Along the waterfront is the ship Fernando II e Gl\u00f3ria. This was a sailing frigate (warship) of the Portuguese Navy, and it is now a museum ship. Inside, you can see mannequins depicting life back then.      <br\/>As you walk along the waterfront, you have a beautiful view of the Lisbon skyline with many lovely restaurants, such as Ponto Final. Did you know that you can communicate with each other in one of the rooms in the tower by talking to the wall in the corner of the room? And don&#8217;t forget to try past\u00e9is de Bel\u00e9m; these are the tastiest Past\u00e9is de nata in Portugal. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Padr\u00e3o dos descombrimentos &#8211; Lisbon with children<\/h2>\n\n<p>Padr\u00e3o dos Descobrimentos is the monument dedicated to the Portuguese explorers who explored the world in the 15th and 16th centuries. It&#8217;s an impressive stop during your city trip in Lisbon with children. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/travelwithkids.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/10-image00011-e1701686455433.jpeg\" alt=\"Lisbon with children\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elevator de Santa Justa &#8211; Lisbon with children<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Santa Justa Elevator is a lift that connects the low-lying Ria Santa Justa street with the elevated Campo Square. At the top, you have a beautiful view of the city.  <br\/>This elevator is part of the city&#8217;s public transport system, and you can use the same ticket that you buy for the tram and metro. <\/p>\n\n<p>Lisbon is built on seven hills, which means there are many viewpoints. While wandering through the streets, you&#8217;ll come across plenty of beautiful spots.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The yellow tram 28 &#8211; Lisbon with children<\/h2>\n\n<p>This iconic yellow tram travels through the steep streets of Lisbon. With tram 28, you pass through the neighborhoods of Bairro Alto, Baixa, and Alfama. The Ocean\u00e1rio de Lisboa is a combination of ocean and aquarium located on the pier in the Tagus River. Even before you enter the building, there is already a lot to see and do; there is a huge waterfall, a path with stepping stones over the water, and mist.
