Originally built as a movie set for the 1980 film Popeye, it has since been transformed into a lively theme park brimming with fun and adventure for kids. Shows and Animations

Throughout the year there are live shows featuring the famous characters from Popeye, such as Popeye himself, Olive Oyl, Bluto and Swee’Pea. Visitors can also participate in a film shoot and play a role in a short movie. At the end of the day, you can buy a copy of the movie as a souvenir.

Play-time

Scattered throughout the park, you will find several playgrounds, including a small play area, a miniature golf course, and various games. There is also a large indoor playground available. In the summer months, there is a water play park by the sea, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Additionally, there is a swimming pool featuring a fun playground for the little ones.

Museum and movie set

Visit the original movie set of the Popeye film and stroll through the colorful wooden houses. Several exhibits showcase the history of the film and the construction of the village, and most of the cottages are beautifully decorated. The Playmobil FunPark is open year-round, but opening hours vary depending on the day of the week. Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and friday to Sunday and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission prices for the Playmobil FunPark are reasonable. For children aged 1 to 12, you pay 5 euros per person, for adults 3 euros per person. Tickets can only be purchased on site.

What to do at the Splash and Fun Water Park

For the adventurous kids, there are several high-speed slides that provide an adrenaline rush. There are also slides that children can go down with their parents. These slides are less steep and perfect for younger children. The wave pool is one of the most popular attractions in the park and the Lazy River is ideal for a relaxing ride on an inflatable tube. This slow-flowing river meanders through the park.

There is also a specially designed children’s pool for younger kids, featuring shallow water and colorful play equipment like slides and fountains. There is also a small theme park within the water park called Splaffy’s Fun Park. Here, you’ll find attractions that are especially enjoyable for the little ones.
