Hello, welcome to my blog: TravelwithKids!
I am Marlyn and together with my husband and two children (from 2018 and 2020) a travel loving family from the Rotterdam area.

We’re here to prove that incredible journeys are still possible, even when traveling with kids.

When Lizzy was born, we thought we wouldn’t be taking any more long-distance trips for a while. The things we heard around us, we almost came to believe ourselves. “With kids, that’s not feasible; you don’t make them happy. Fortunately, we’ve found that it can be different. Traveling doesn’t have to stop when you have children. In fact, we’ve become more eager to travel since the kids were born!

In 2022, we were able to take a wonderful trip through Indonesia, Australia and Egypt, among other places. Since then, our wanderlust has been completely ignited, and together we try to see as much of our beautiful world as possible.
